What size Gym / Exercise Ball do I require?
The suggested ball size is related to your height. This is so that when you sit on the ball (when correctly inflated to the indicated size) your knees are positioned slightly lower than your hips.
The recommended ball / height size is as follows:
5'0" - 152cm or less - 45cm Gym Ball (Red)
5'1" - 5'6"/155 - 167cm - 55cm Gym Ball (Purple)
5'7" - 6'1"/170 - 185cm - 65cm Gym Ball (Silver)
