Forerunner 301 GPS Speed Distance Watch features:
Garmin GPS sensor provides precise latitude, longitude, and

Interval Training option. This is one of the most valuable features
on the Garmin Forerunner 201 to help improve your fitness. The Garmin
Forerunner 301 can be set to provide interval alarms for both effort
and rest/recovery. These alarms can be either distance based, or time
based, or even a combination of the two. For example, eg 1) the interval
could be 1 Mile, the recovery could be 3 minutes, this could be set
to repeat 3 times. eg 2) the interval could be 5 minutes, the recovery
could be 3 minutes and the unit could repeat this action 5 times. eg
3) the interval could be 0.5 Mile, the recovery could be 0.25 Mile,
this could be set to repeat 6 times. Interval training is a very effective
and proven method of improving fitness and increasing running speed.
Comes with Garmin Training centre software to transfer data from your
Forerunner 301 to your PC for storage and analysis. Comes with PC interface
and cable (USB connection)

Rechargable
batteries included in the unit, as is the charger. This is great as
GPS do eat batteries. Normal life from a single charge is about 12 -
